Each of our wooden toys is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are crafted by hand rather than mass-produced, we kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for both the creation and delivery of your order.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be handcrafted, carefully inspected, and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order contains multiple handmade items, processing may take additional time to ensure every product meets our quality standards.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total order amount. Shipping fees are based on your delivery location, parcel size, and the courier service selected.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Time

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated delivery begins after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service.

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Play! cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, public holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Play! cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
